The Harford County Cultural Arts Board is pleased to announce an exhibit titled Barns—Our Rural County that runs mid January to mid April in the Lowe Office House in Annapolis, MD.

The collection features the following artists: Carol Albert; Shirly Boats; Lou Ann Fossen; Stephen P.M Howard; Eleanor Mulholland; Toshi Peterson; Joan Preston; John Sauers; Janet Scarborough; and Rhoda Seiden.

The show includes a variety of watercolors and oils with most of the art work for sale.
