Freedom Federal Credit Union Recognizes “Core Values Award” Recipient!
Freedom Federal Credit Union has announced that Dennis Catterton, Branch Manager at Forest Lakes, is the inaugural winner of Freedom’s “Core Value Award.” The “Core Value Award” was introduced to recognize Freedom employees who continuously demonstrate support of Freedom’s core values. Freedom’s unique core values were established as a vision and guidance for all employees in their commitment to serve Freedom members, fellow employees and the Harford County community.
Dennis, a Freedom employee since 2009, currently serves as the Branch Manager of the Forest Lakes branch, where he has served since the branch opened in 2010. According to the committee of employees who administer the new quarterly award, “Dennis’s recognition stems from his dedication to serving Freedom members and fellow employees, his consistent display of respect to every person he deals with, and his recognition that a good name is the most valuable asset one can have – both as an individual and business.”
It is because of Dennis, the committee said, as well as his fellow co-workers, and their pursuit and display of Freedom’s core values that Freedom Federal Credit Union is able to deliver on being Harford County’s Better Way to Bank.”
