Manekin, LLC has promoted Ruth Gambino to property manager of the Water’s Edge Corporate Campus in Belcamp, Md.
Under development by Manekin and Alex Brown Realty, Inc., the 467,000-square-foot campus comprises four mid-rise office buildings, four one-story office buildings, a restaurant, putting green, nature walk and fitness center.

Earlier this year, Gamibino received the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from BOMI International. With eight years industry experience, she has spent the past five years as an assistant property manager with Manekin, overseeing the management of 36 South Charles, a 25-story, Class A, high-rise office building in downtown Baltimore.
“Ruth has done a fantastic job for us at 36 South Charles and has amazing rapport with our tenants,” said Peter Teeling, Manekin’s senior vice president/ director of property management. “We wanted to add a full-time presence at Waters Edge and found that the best candidate was already in our backyard.”
Prior to joining Manekin, Gambino served as property management coordinator with Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc. She previously completed coursework at Catonsville Community College.
