Bel Air Crime: Abingdon Man Charged With Burglary

The following are recent arrests made and incidents handled by the :

Abingdon man charged with burglary

Timothy Jacob Kluchinsky III, 18, of the 1100 block of Trowbridge Court in Abingdon, was charged March 23 with first-degree burglary, theft less than $1,000, two counts of stealing another person’s credit card and two counts of charging another person’s credit card less than $100.

Forest Hill man charged with being a fugitive

Richard Camano, 20, of the first block of Santa Anita Court in Forest Hill, was charged March 24 with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania justice.

Abingdon man charged with violating probation

Joshua Bryant Willson, 24, of the 500 block of Nanticoke Circle in Abingdon, was arrested March 26 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended and driving while under the influence of alcohol. The charges stem from a traffic stop in the area of MD Route 7 and MD Route 24. Willson was found guilty in November 2011, according to court records. He is charged with violating his supervised probation.

Forest Hill woman charged with drug possession

Heather L. Gray, 21, of the 2200 block of Melrose Lane in Forest Hill, was charged March 26 with marijuana possession, driving without required license, driving while her license was suspended and driving while her license was revoked. The charges stem from a 5:13 p.m. traffic stop in the area of Melrose Lane and Bynum Road.

The following is a recent arrest made by Maryland State Police with the Bel Air Barrack:

Bel Air man faces drug, traffic charges

Daniel Hutchins Bupp, 20, of the 1400 block of Valley Stream Road in Bel Air, was charged March 26 with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a seatbelt violation. The charges stem from a 3:09 p.m. traffic stop in the area of Marketplace Drive and MD Route 24.

The following is a recent arrest made by Maryland State Police with the JFK Highway Barrack:

Bel Air woman charged with DUI

Gina Marie Ciulla Bentley, 40, of the first block of Overbrook Drive in Bel Air, was charged March 26 with driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, failure to display registration card on demand, driving while her license and privilege were suspended, driving while her license was suspended, failure to display license on demand, failing to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and dumping refuse on a highway, public bridge or waterway. The charges stem from a traffic stop on I-95 between the MD Route 152 and MD Route 24 exits.
