Justin Travis Csillag, 21, of the 700 block of Thomas Run Road in Bel Air, was charged May 9 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Spencer Costello, 22, of the 400 block of Harrison Court in Bel Air, was arrested May 9 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with violating his probation. Costello was found guilty of theft between $1,000 and $10,000 in January, 2011, according to online court records.

Belcamp man charged with huffing

James Bowie Alexander II, 24, of the 1200 block of Brass Mill Road in Belcamp, was arrested May 9 on two bench warrants in cases in which he was charged with inhaling a harmful controlled dangerous substance. Warrants were issued for his arrest after he allegedly failed to appear in court, according to online court records.

Bel Air man charged with theft scheme, contracting without license

Leonard Medders Stanley Jr., 20, of the 1200 block of Prospect Mill Road in Bel Air, was charged May 8 on an arrest warrant out of Anne Arundel County with theft scheme between $10,000 and $100,000, failing to perform a contract and two counts each of acting as contractor without license and selling home improvements without license. He was also arrested on two similar cases out of Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties.

Matthew Lee Hardy, 22, of the 200 block of Broadview Ave. in Bel Air, was arrested May 8 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant was issued for Hardy’s arrest May 3 after he failed to appear in court, according to online court records.

Abingdon man charged with illegal off-roading and traffic violations

Jamil Alvin Perry, 21, of the 200 block of Ellerslie Court in Abingdon, was charged May 7 with illegally having an off-road vehicle on property, driving without required license and authorization, driving an uninsured vehicle and four related traffic charges. The charges stem from a dirt bike incident in the area of East Spring Meadow Court in Edgewood, according to online court records.

Fallston man arrested on warrant

Eugene Buchta Jr., 22, of the 2800 block of Harford Road in Fallston, was arrested May 9 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with unauthorized removal of property and vandalism less than $500. A warrant was issued for Buchta’s arrest May 7 after he allegedly failed to appear in court, according to online court records.

Abingdon man charged with drug possession

Aaron Kyle Shirk, 19, of the 500 block of Constant Ridge Court in Abingdon, was charged May 8 with possession of marijuana.
