Bel Air Crime: Thefts Impact Bel Air, Abingdon

The following information was supplied by the Harford County Sheriff's Office. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

The following are recent incidents handled by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:

Hamlet Place North in Bel Air, 1900 block, reported 9:44 a.m. Aug. 2. A Jeep was broken into and objects stolen out of it.

Forge Hill Road in Bel Air, 2700 block, reported 11:51 a.m. Aug. 2. Property was stolen out of a barn.

Parallel Path in Abingdon, 2600 block, reported 2:17 p.m. Aug. 2. A home was burglarized.

Rolling Knoll Drive in Bel Air, 200 block, reported 8:02 a.m. Aug. 3. Property was stolen out of a garage and vehicle.

Walmart, 401 Constant Friendship Boulevard in Abingdon, reported 9:23 a.m. Aug. 3. Someone shoplifted a computer.

Prospect Mill Road in Bel Air, 900 block, reported 12:49 p.m. Aug. 3. A woman reported her mother’s house was burglarized while her mother was out of the country.

Washington Avenue in Abingdon, 3700 block, reported 1:38 p.m. Aug. 3. Someone—possibly a neighbor—tried to break into the home.

Lear Court in Bel Air, 1800 block, reported 5:31 p.m. Aug. 3. Someone tried to break into the home.

Cedarwood Drive in Bel Air, 1500 block, reported 9:31 p.m. Aug. 3. A home was burglarized.

South Atwood Road in Bel Air, 600 block, reported 2:27 p.m. Aug. 4. A vehicle was being used without permission.
