Its a crime that every time I log into the Patch I see an advetisement by our absolute sham of a president and his spending wife.... Hang in there America - November is not far off...

Come on Ed... Go sell your load of crap somewhere else. You're certainly entitled to your opinions, but at least TRY to follow along and keep your comments relevant to the storyline.

The only one selling crap was Obama with his Hope & Change message. Funny how we don't hear that load of crap anymore.

MJ - Thats the difference between you and me. I take responsibility for my problems and situation. MJ, people like you and Obama expect government to fix all of your problems at my expense. Doesn't work MJ. Educate yourself. You can vote for a man who has absolutely no experience other than being an academic, community organizer, politician and salesman of Hope & Change. Or, you can vote for a man who has succesfully created a business, organized and olympics and ran a state. It is an easy choice.

Ed, you are 100% correct. Those of us who chose to be aware of what is going on with our current government will continue to stay informed and seek a much needed change. This president has taken this country in the wrong direction and I am, quite frankly, sick of it. So come on, the rest of you. Climb out from under that rock and take notice of what's happening around you.

Hi Terry,
I suspect this website has a few Obama operatives manning the chats. I think you'll see Romney clean Obama's clock come November, much like Jimmy Carter had his bell rung. However, I'm doubtful of MDs vote - too many deadbeats from Prince Georges, Montgomery, and Baltimore City.

Funny how I still see more arrests for marijuana than mistreated perscription pills. After all, I'm sure that those using marijuana are not breaking into health facilities, pharmacies, stealing from those who need the medication. If they're not under the influence of the marijuana, I say let them off and remind them to toke responsibly.

Hey Ed Jr & Terry... What about Andy Harris, David Craig, and other local Republicans? Surely, they had an opportunity to improve our local economy... But, you're not dissatisfied with them, are you? No, no, no...maybe you're just focused on towing the party line, and not concerned with the realities of life.

Wow, Dad of “lets hope of just 2”, you sure know it all.
1) I didn’t vote for David Craig. I know he is nothing more than a school administrator. I know he has been asleep at the wheel. I know he can be disingenuous. With all that said, I’d still put him a few notches higher than the big spending self-promoting Martin O Malley.
2) Don’t know much about Andy Harris
As far as economics, I think you’ll find Harford County one of the strongest Counties in the Union. We have been shielded somewhat thanks to all of the federal and state jobs, hospitals, Univ of MD factories, DC jobs in the area. Of course, most of those jobs are on the backs of taxpayers.
No party line here. Love to hear your “facts” as to which politicians and how they are concerned with the realities of life.
