Dan, first off, sorry for your loss. I've seen no one on this site defend this POS. I know you're angry, but, the people who read this site want justice as much as you do for your brother. I don't see anything in the article that would make you think otherwise. Unfortunately, I have a feeling your post will be removed as it contains inappropriate language.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Dan, but I agree with Tom...Kirsten Dize is simply reporting news. This is far from an op/ed piece and there's absolutely no content within that suggests she nor anyone else is defending the accused.

I AGREE WITH TOM AND SCOTT. i WOULD WANT MY BROTHERS KILLERS FACE OUT THERE SO EVERYONE COULD VIEW THIS LOW LIFE CRIMMINAL. KEEPING HIS FACE AND NAME OUT THERE AND THE STORY OF THIS HORRIBLE CRIME MIGHT JUST HELP GIVE HIM WHAT HE DESERVES. THE DEATH PENALTY OR LIFE. THAT IS WHAT I AM WISHING FOR. SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS DAN.

Donnell is a good boy, he didn't do this thing. If he were white he'd be out by now.

Jamal: Everyone has thier day in court- but given the overwhelming evidence I doubt Donnell will see the light of day or freedom (and deservedly so) for a very, very long time. In fact, if we were somewhere other than Maryland we might have the advantage of losing this waste of space to a place in the ground. Frankly your race card won't play here...could care less if he were green, he'd be the same waste of space. We're talking about a victim here who had nearly no ability to defend himself; so Donnell is also a coward.
