A heavy fog made for hazardous driving conditions Monday morning.
With visibilty relatively low early in the Bel Air area, the sunshine peeking through the clouds at around 10 a.m. was a welcome change.

I was surprised at how many idiots were driving with no headlights on. Just like the person in the picture. Is it really that hard to reach up and turn them on? You could be saving a life (your own even).
