Why are you focusing on Edgewood? This is a GREAT community and only 10% of this 18 square mile area with 25,000 residents contributes to the crime scene. Where is your perspective or do you just have to have someone to renegade?

They only report the bad things that happen. You never see anything about the good things that happen there or anything about the hard working people of the area. It is always negative just like the Aegis. I don't understnad the attitude of being better than everyone else that caomes from the people of Bel Air

Edgewood is the worst place you could live in this county. The crime blotter is focused on Edgewood because that is where the majority of Harford County crime happens. The schools in Edgewood are rated the lowest in the county, being on par with Baltimore City's average test scores (and those are LOW).

I'm not saying Edgewood doesn't have a decent area or two (even Baltimore city has some decent areas), but in comparison to the rest of Harford County it's ghetto as hell and I think if you lived elsewhere in the county you would certainly see that.

Thirty years ago, Edgewood was a great place to live. Today it is a hot spot of crime and gang activity. All of Harford County knows this. That is why it is called "EdgeHOOD".
