William Marshall Edwards III, 33, of the 100 block of Doncaster Road in Joppa, was charged Oct. 5. with possession of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime, drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Maryland State Police made the arrest.
Daniel N. Freidly, 20, of the 1400 block of Golden Rod Court in Belcamp, was charged Oct. 10 with first-degree burglary, theft less than $1,000 and possession of marijuana. Harford County Sheriff's Office made the arrest.
Roy W. Hall, 67, of the 1200 block Mist Wood Court in Belcamp, was charged Oct. 8 with trespassing. Harford County Sheriff's Office made the arrest.

With all due respect, why are we posting these things BEFORE these people are convicted? This makes it near impossible for these people to get a proper neutral jury.

No one posted what they have been arrested for, just putting up their mugshots. Maybe some public humiliation or the threat or chance of it could deter some people from actually commiting a crime at all. Anything that could clean up Harford county is greatly appreciated!
