The Town of Bel Air is proposing to declare surplus a piece of land along Lee Way in order to make a swap with a nearby property owner and expand Shamrock memorial tree grove.

Tonight's public meeting will take place at Bel Air Town Hall, 39 N. Hickory Avenue in Bel Air.
