Nominate the Best Pizza in Bel Air

Let us know the best pizza places in Bel Air so we can put it to a vote and find out which is the Readers’ Choice 2012 winner.

Where can you find the best pizza in Bel Air?

Patch is relaunching its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who knows about pizza to nominate the best spots in Bel Air Patch.

We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now.

All you need to do to nominate a business is to add it in the comments below.

If you already see the business you want to nominate, make sure to add your comment about why it should be included, because we may not be able to add all businesses to our poll and we want to make sure the top ones make it into the poll.

Thanks in advance for your participation.

PS: Sign up for the Bel Air Patch email newsletter to find out when the voting phase starts so you can support your favorite institution in the Readers' Choice contest.

The Hawaiian Sicilian-crust pizza at Brothers on Rock Spring Road is THE BEST!

My kids and I have tried Hawaiian pizza at every place in town, and NOBODY even comes close. UNO always had the best sausage pizza (Chicago Classic), but they closed their Bel Air store.

Brother's PIzza on Rock Spring Road. The deep dish pizza there is to die for! Reminds me of Jet's Pizza in Michigan but soooo much better :-)

I agree with Fortunato's at 1301 Churchville Road. I grew up in Baltimore City and remember the thin crust pie from the corner pizza joint. Fortunato's is better than the slice I had as a kid. Their meat pizza is awesome. It brings back many fond memories of eating pizza with my parents inj front of the TV watching the Colts in the 70's.

I agree Fortunato Bros. Pizza at 1301 Churchville rd has the best pizza in town. I have been eating their pizza for 20 years and it has remained consistently good over the years. I like both the Sicilian and the Neapolitan pizza

Unfortunately, I haven't really found Pizza in Bel Air or Harford County that can match or top Pizza John's in Essex, which, living in Middle River, I grew up on. Voted Best Pizza in Baltimore multiple times, best I've ever had anywhere. Still travel their to get pizza, just did this past Friday night.

I know they closed down, but seeing as this is a reader's choice for 2012, and they were around for most of 2012, I'd like to nominate Gus's Pizza. People on here can comment and try to put a good man down, but I genuinely enjoyed their pizza. My kids and I would go there for pizza dinners at least twice a week, sometimes three times. I am deeply saddened that it is gone. They truly had the best pizza.

Fortunato's on Churchville Road. Always hot and always fresh. The guys there are so nice. Some may complain about prices going up but I guess they do not see that at the gas pump or at the grocery stores. It is just the way things go.
