All those stores along 95 are perfect for snatch and go robberies...carjacking included. How perfect to have exits from multiple angles onto a freeway. You won't find me shopping anywhere along there at night...it's a perfect scenario for thieves.

One of the clerks at the Wine World told me there had been 3 robberies within a month at various stores in the area...if that continues you'll find guards on foot patrol. They can't afford to get that sort of reputation when they're trying to create an upscale mall. That place is going to go the way of White Marsh. It's just too easy in and out of there...your convenience is also the convenience of thugs and there's virtually no police presence anywhere.
