I second mountain branch grille-a little pricey but worth it!

Yum...eggs benedict, an omelette bar, smoked salmon w/ capers and cream cheese - the pastries are fresh and gooey!! Yep, a bit prices, but once in awhile and certainly on Mother's Day well worth it! Reservations are tough to come by if you wait to long though.

Seriously not trying to sway anyone from voting from this place but let me tell you about my experience last Mother's Day at The Tower on Main Street......my daughter and son-in-law and granddaughters took me there for my Mother's Day brunch. We had a wait a little while for the food to come out....they weren't even set up when we got there. When we finally did eat, the food was ok. That was actually the first time I had ever been there and I had heard that the food was "really good" but I thought it was only just ok.....nothing spectacular. So, we were just sitting there talking and the floor guy, whatever his title is, manager, not sure what he was....came over and told us "our time was up." We looked at him like he was nuts....seriously.....and he said we had stayed way too long and had to leave. Of course, I asked for Reynardo (sp?...owner) and he wasn't there, of course. We sat there for a bit longer eating our dessert and the guy comes back over and said we had stayed entirely too long and had to leave. Now.....I'm not sure how long was too long because we were actually only there for maybe 2 hours. The place wasn't packed, there was no one waiting in line to eat, etc., but believe me when I say.....that it was the first and the last time I will ever go to The Tower for ANYTHING!!! So beware of a little italian guy walking around shooshing people out....nothing we could do or say was changing his mind. Probably the wrost experience I've had at a restuarant.

I don't care for the Tower's brunch. The food is just ok, nothing that I couldn't do better at home.
