Sheriff To Hold Jarrettsville Community Meeting In December
The town hall-style meeting is scheduled to take place Dec. 1, a week from Saturday.
Throughout the year Harford County's Sheriff has visited communities across the county to talk crime statistics, the direction of the sheriff's office and concerns specific to each area.
Next week, it's Jarrettsville's turn.
Sheriff L. Jesse Bane is scheduled to hold a town hall meeting at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Jarrettsville branch of the Harford County Public Library.
Doors open at 8:30 a.m. at the library, located at 3722 Norrisville Road next to the sheriff's office Northern Precinct.
Do you have concerns about your community or neighborhood you'd like to talk to the sheriff about? Leave a comment.

If anyone attends this meeting, be sure to ask Sheriff Bane about his plans for the jail and his reason for feeding false information to the public:

It's frightening to think that Jesse Bane may hire from within to fill the warden vacancy, when actually, he should be cleaning house with most of his top command staff. There is too much inbreeding going on and we need some intelligent life out there keeping us safe. When I occasionally drive by the detention center, I can't help but notice what a huge complex it has become. At least it looks pretty from the outside. It is distressing to learn that there are folks in there taking their lives and no one in charge wants to be accountable. Ah, good ole' Harford County.
