Trellis Lane Closed as Crews Battle Abingdon House Fire

The incident in Abingdon was reported at approximately 6 p.m. Sunday.

Fire was coming from the second floor and roof of a home in Abingdon Sunday evening, according to emergency officials.

The fire on the 3200 block of Trellis Lane was reported around 6 p.m.

As firefighters attacked the blaze, Trellis Lane was closed on either side—at Route 924 and Singer Road—Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association, said.

"Firefighters [are] making good progress on their attack," Gardiner said. He added that no injuries have been reported.
