Lol are you kidding? Vegan bar? Maybe in Towson, not here lol. It think the lot should be bulldozed and tanks removed, a country store would be nice there or a small diner.

I heard that 7-11 was moving across the street. Who ever buys/moves in, I would just like to see it all cleaned up especially now that they cleaned up the old C-Mart building.

We need a Sam's Club or better yet - a Costco. Bj's needs competition since their membership keeps going up and their prices are constantly going up. I know this space is too small to accomadate a wholesale warehouse but lets bring one of them to Harford county.

Good find, Amy. Love it when people back claims up with facts. Gives credibility.

Seems silly to put a 7-11 there when there's one across the street.

Just because the lot is contaminated has nothing to do with future use of the property. There are means and methods to fix the contamination. But how do you know its contaminated and with what? If every contaminated property was rendered useless, we would have a lot of empty lots.

Then it needs to be torn down and make it like a produce stand or something. I love to buy local produce. I'm sure it would do well.

The property should be sold to Gavigan's Furniture, the building torn down, and a nice, gradual sloping of landscaped ground should be made out to the sidewalk.

That property is not a good location for any business with a lot of walkin traffic it is dangerous to get into and out of. The ideal business I see going there would be Something. With minimal walkin traffic. I can't think of one at the moment but I know someone will.
