Earlier this week I spoke about the signs protesting the proposed transfer station in Joppa. Now I want to address the responsibility of licensed real estate agents in regards to items that may or may not detract from a buyers' interest in a property. There are varying opinions about this, but the law is clear as to what a Realtor is to do. I've expanded on this topic on my business blog site, but I wanted to ask you, the public, what you thought about this.
Have you ever had an experience with the sale or purchase of a home and something that wasn't disclosed became an issue? I would like to hear about it. Leave you comments here or on my facebook page.

Ive often wondered if they have to disclose if someone has died in the home. The neighbor beside us had passed in the house in the master bedroom. The house has changed owners twice now. Neither times, were the buyers made aware of the original owner dying in the house. And in what was/is THEIR bedroom......
I think I would definitely want to know that info......

It's not something required to be disclosed.
