This is the second year of Encore Laughter Yoga in Bel Air, resuming Sept 6 after a summer recess. Come and get a feel how this activity could transform your own self-care, be uniquely engaging for staff appreciation and team-building events, family enrichment and community connection. Laughter Yoga's founder, Madan Kataria offers this inspiration - "World peace through laughter." Something to think about!
