3. Sexual Predator Using Social Media To Contact Teens, Harford Superintendent Says
In a letter to parents, Harford County Public Schools Interim Superintendent Barbara P. Canavan says students in Harford County have been solicited by a sexual predator via popular social media outlets.

5. MDTA Seeking Public Input for I-95 Express Tolling Plan
The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) announced Wednesday the proposed plans for the I-95 Express Toll Lanes (ETL), Maryland’s second all-electronic toll facility, and is seeking public comment on the proposal.
