With top of the line renovations in 2011, the home at 1025 Quince Lane had the highest sales price of all homes in Bel Air this October. The three highest listings sold for the month of November 2013 in Bel Air were:

1. 1025 Quince Lane- Selling Price: $580,000

2. 1109 Thebes Drive- Selling Price: $526,500
