Calling all beautiful babies! Registration for the 5th Annual Harford's Most Beautiful Baby contest opens tomorrow, March 1 through March 31! Just go to www.harfordbaby.org to upload the photo that shows off your beautiful baby, and pay the $25 registration fee! Voting starts on April 2 and will be directly on the website this year! We're looking forward to seeing all the beautiful babies!
