Time to get ready for high school baseball

Bridgewater Baseball has opened it's winter work outs to the public to give high school players an advantage of preparing for high school ball prior to March 1st. Sessions are held at the Emmorton Rec and Tennis Club on Sundays from 10a-12p.  We currently have players from Fallston, Bel Air, C. Milton Wright and North Harford High Schools.  Work outs will consist of 1 hr. of cardio and 1 hr. in batting/throwing cages and take place from January 5th through Sunday February 23. If you are interested please call 443-846-2084.  Happy New Year!
