Another Fatal Car Accident; School Board Budget Reduced, Boy Takes Fall

The woman who fell out of her car last week was hospitalized again while the suspects in the CVS robberies were arrested.

This week Harford County saw its second fatal car accident in less than two weeks, budget issues seemingly solved and more action involving crime and punishment.

1. Street Man, 19, Dies in Accident Early Tuesday

In the , Adam Thompson of Street "failed to maintain control" of his vehicle and crashed into a telephone pole on U.S. Route 1 on Tuesday morning. Thompson was pronounced dead at the scene and the accident is still under investigation.

2. School Board Balances Amended Budget by Eliminating Raises

Harford County teachers , but they will keep their jobs if the Board of Education's amended budget is approved by the County Council.

3. Woman Who Fell Out of Moving Car Hospitalized Again

The Frederick woman who  on Churchville Road last week was . Police said she was admitted after her condition worsened.

4. Bel Air, Jarrettsville Men Held as CVS Robbery Suspects

Two men were in connection with the pair (, ) of robberies at the on Churchville Road. Police searched the suspects' homes simultaneously after an anonymous tip, and prescription medications were found.

5. Woman Mugged in Fallston Mall Parking Lot

A Forest Hill woman was robbed of her wallet, driver's license, cash and credit cards  outside the Fallston Mall. She fainted after the robbery and was hospitalized for a short period time. The suspects are two 18- or 19-year-old males.
