Creative Halloween Costumes Abound at Bel Air event

The 23rd annual Halloween Costume Parade and Contest may have drawn smaller, wetter crowds than previous years.

For 26 years the Bel Air Halloween Costume Parade and Contest has been an attraction for area families and this year was no exception. In the face of cold temperatures, rain and snow people still made the rounds at the Festival shopping center in the first block of Bel Air South Parkway to show off costumes and snag some sweet treats from participating businesses.
