Halloween Costume Parade and Other Weekend Events

Bel Air Halloween Costume Parade and Contest: All kids who dress up and march in the parade get candy and trick-or-treat bags. Live music and cash prizes for best costumes are also included with trick or treating at stores in the shopping center following the contest. Line up starts at 10:30 am. at The Festival at Bel Air, located on Route 24 at Bel Air South Parkway.

Chili Cook Off For Toys For Tots: A family friendly event featuring live music, face painting and pumpking painting in addition to the chili cook off. You can bring a toy to donate for Toys for Tots. The event takes place noon-6 p.m. Saturday in the Dark Horse parking lot, 119 S. Main Street.

MA & PA Trail Rally: The MA & PA Heritage Trail, Inc. is holding a rally to raise awareness about its efforts to connect the Forest Hill and Bel Air segments of the trail. The rally will feature local musician Kurt Sudbrink and free refreshments and is open to the general public. The event takes place 2:30-4 p.m. at the trail head located at 461 Williams Street.
