Photos: Bel Air Finishes with more than Four Inches

Snow blanketed Harford County on Tuesday night set up a messy commute Wednesday.

About three inches of snow fell in the 21014 zip code of Bel Air on Tuesday night, capping at four-and-half inches in some places by the morning. The State Highway Administration and Department of Public Works employees plowed and salted the roads throughout the evening.

Below are some photos from the modest snowfall—the mere threat of which forced and the its legislative session Tuesday.
