Possible Arson in Bel Air; Another Tragic Death

The town's IT specialist is retiring, while a stabbing involving Aberdeen and Edgewood residents occurred in Bel Air.

This week, Harford County saw another tragic auto-related death in Jarrettsville, while there were fires involving vehicles and a Shoprite this week. Additionally, more underage drinking was cited in the county and police are looking for more robbery suspects.

2. Forest Hill Man Dies in Jarrettsville Motorcycle Accident

Traveling at a high rate of speed, a man  in Jarrettsville, up an enbankment and into a utility pole Tuesday. The man, David Allen Butler, did not have a valid driver's license on him but was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

3. Town IT Specialist Retiring, Says Decision is Unrelated to Computer Virus

Wendell Baxter is after holding the position of IT specialist since late 2001. Bel Air's computer system was crippled by a virus in November and . Baxter said, however, that his decision to retire isn't based on the virus attack.

4. Aberdeen Man Charged With Stabbing Edgewood Woman at Bel Air Kohl's

A man from Aberdeen was after stabbing a woman from Edgewood in the hand on Monday. According to police, the two were sitting in the man's car when he grabbed the woman's hair and pulled out a knife, stabbing her in the palm of her right hand.

A pair of white males described as having "applied [a] heavy spray-on tan"  on Tuesday. Police are looking for what looks to be an Isuzu Rodeo.
