Slight Chance of Snow in Bel Air

Flurries may be in order Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.

By Jenni Pompi

If the recent chilly temps and falling leaves aren't enough to convince you a seasonal change is afoot, then perhaps the slight chance of snow Tuesday morning will do the trick.

The forecast for Bel Air from the National Weather Service shows a 40 percent chance of snow before 9 a.m. Tuesday with temperatures as low as 27 degrees, though no accumulation is expected. The weather service also predicts a "slight chance" of flurries between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Don't break out your snow shovels just yet; temperatures should warm up to the low 40s by mid afternoon. The National Weather Service is calling for the rest of the week to be sunny and clear, with temps gradually climbing to reach daytime highs in the mid 50s by Friday.
