"Cold temperatures will remain the rule for much of this week. Skies will remain mostly clear tonight with lows in the upper teens to low 20s. Expect frigid conditions Monday with highs struggling to reach the freezing mark for most areas under mostly sunny skies. Northwest winds sustained around 15 mph will keep wind chill readings in the upper 20s. A weak Clipper system will cross the region Tuesday, with a slight chance for a couple snow showers. Dry conditions will return for Wednesday and Thursday with highs generally in the mid and upper 30s. A significant winter storm may impact the region Christmas Eve into Christmas Day.
