Who's Who in Bel Air Independence Day Plans
Gov. Martin O'Malley and Rep. Andy Harris are set to appear in the Bel Air Independence Day Parade.

Meadowcroft is a 23-year-old Bel Air resident and graduate of The . She will lead the parade, which starts from Main Street at 6 p.m, and is set to make appearances during the blueberry pancake breakfast, turtle derby and other activities throughout the day.
