Havre de Grace marks the bicentennial of the British attack on the city during the War of 1812 with a weekend of events.

Havre de Grace also hosts the annual decoy and wildlife art festival.

The Towsontown Spring Festival returns, bringing, food, music, rides and kids activities to downtown Towson. The free street festival will be held Saturday and Sunday. Friday marks the start of the annual festivities with Towson Gardens Day.

Friday

First Friday celebrations kick off for the warm weather season in Bel Air and Havre de Grace—with food specials, drink deals, street performances and vendors on display in both communities.

Ravens kicker Justin Tucker, fresh off a stellar rookie season that ended in a Super Bowl victory, will sign autographs at Whiteford Volunteer Fire Company in Pylesville.

Baltimore hosts the annual Flowermart. It continues through Saturday.

Foreigner plays at Baltimore's Pier Six Pavilion, opening the venue's 2013 season. Nearby, Limp Bizkit performs at Rams Head Live.

The Aberdeen IronBirds host their annual preseason IronFest, featuring food, music, a Q&A with the team's manager and the final round of a competition to name the team's new announcer.

The Modell Performing Arts Center at the Lyric hosts the first two of three performances of "Dreamgirls."

The American Visionary Arts Museum holds its annual Kinetic Sculpture Race.

Sunday
