Edgewood, Joppatowne Independence Day Parade July 2

The Edgewood/Joppatowne Independence Day Parade Committee has been hard at work preparing for the 4th annual Independence Day Parade.  The parade will be held on Saturday, July 2nd starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Edgewood Boys and Girls Club on Fern Lane. After exiting Fern Lane the parade will turn right onto Hanson Road - proceed across SR 755 to Hornbeam Road - right on Hornbeam to Perry Ave.- right on Perry Ave. and end at the Deerfield Elementary School. Every year our parade gets better and better and this year should be no different. Many civic organizations, bands and churches will be participating.  Colonel Orlando Ortiz, Garrison Commander of Aberdeen Proving Ground, has agreed to be our Grand Marshall.
