The Bel Air Independence Day celebration is an all-day affair, with a flag-raising event beginning at 6:30 a.m. and fireworks capping off the day at 9:30 p.m. There's also a frog jumping contest, concert, turtle derby, a pancake breakfast, and, of course, the parade.
