Meatless Monday Recipe Tempeh Sloppy Joe

Tempeh Sloppy Joe
Ingredients: 1 Pkg Tempeh (Giant or Davids mkt.)
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Bell Pepper, any color chopped(I use red)
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1-2 TBSP Chili Powder 
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp optional hot sauce.
Break Tempeh into 3 pieces and steam for 10 minutes. Let cool and then crumble with your hand or a fork. In a large sauce pan saute onion and peppers in a little water until soft. Add tempeh and the remaining ingredients .Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on buns or over Quinoa or any other grain. Enjoy! this is a family favorite and great left over on a baked potato.
