Community Update

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE FOR A SPECIAL EVENT. I booked a black limo for my daughter's sweet sixteen. They called that morning to say due to mechanical issues they would have to contract out to another service but that a black stretch SUV would be there. Instead, a dirty white limo showed up - this was an evening out, not a wedding, and at the very least the limo should have been clean and updated. The driver dropped us off across the street from the hotel and made us carry all our bags across the street. On the return trip, the driver again was contracted out and while he picked up on the right side of the street in the right vehicle, he needed me to provide him step by step by step instructions to my house so i couldn't even enjoy the ride home, since i was yelling the directions across the entire limo and over the voices of my daughter and her friends. The service may be fine for business trips, but it you're booking a special event that you want to build lasting memories around, go elsewhere.
