Hey Everybody! My name is Ben Stocks. I am a personal trainer and strength coach that has just moved to the area with my wife (and fellow personal trainer) Brandie. I LOVE watching people transform their lives through the physical act of training. I am certified through Westside Barbell (THE strongest gym in the world) and enjoy working with everyone from hardcore athletes trying to take it to the next level to busy moms looking to get back into pre-kids, pre-marriage, pre-chaos shape :). My  training style is backed completely by science and has been proven again and again with real life people as well as determined athletes. No gimmicks, no supplements to sell, no run until you puke type training. Just RESULTS, plain and simple. I started this blog so I could help answer REAL people's questions and get you on the path to the body and physical performance that you desire.
