Ladie's instead of taking 1 to 2 minute rest periods in between your sets in the weight room, try cutting your rest periods in half. You will get in and out of the gym quicker and will be getting more work done. Also, you will be training in a much more effective way for weight loss. Circuit training is a great way to burn some calories while challenging yourself at the same time. Give it a shot!
