Happy Thanksgiving From Your Bel Air Patch Editor

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours.

Thanksgiving has become a more intimate holiday for our family as I've grown older.

Christmas is a big ordeal, but Thanksgiving is usually spent with just my brother, mother and father at home with a turkey, cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes.

I have friends who say the opposite or who don't make much ado about holidays at all. The traditions of my friends have always interested me. They give me insight and pique my curiosity like a well-written book cover.

I'd love to learn about your traditions and share the day with you, too, so feel free to add your own family photo, cooking failures or successes and anything else from the holiday by clicking the gray "Submit" button.

Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving,
