Bel Air Bridal Boutique Opens on Main Street

On Saturday night, don't be surprised to find paparazzi on Main Street in Bel Air.

Be More Inspired Wedding Studio is literally rolling out the red carpet for its grand opening. Spotlights, velvet ropes, photographers and valet parking will also be on tap, according to a statement from the studio.

The red carpet treatment may be coming out for one night, but it's a feeling Bridget Moore, founder of the studio, aims to offer each bride.

"We want to create an experience that is relaxing and stress-free," Moore said in a recent interview with Bel Air Patch.

Moore moved her shop K&B Bridals from North Main Street to a larger space down the road in late December to team up with several Harford County women business owners who formed Be More Inspired Wedding Studio.

Now, K&B Bridals, Lavish Salon and Spa, Faye Daniel Designs, Blush Floral Design Studio and Moore & Co. Event Stylists are all operating in the 6,250-square-foot space that spans two floors.

"We can have vendors meet with people under one roof so brides aren't running all over the place," Moore said.

Brides can choose to work with one or several of the vendors at the studio. 

Plus, "we have a lot of partnerships," Moore said. 

The concept is the first of its kind in Maryland, according to Moore, who said the vision was to simplify the wedding planning process.

While the business owners work on weddings all over, Moore said they selected the space on Main Street because they "liked being a part of the boutique district."

Said Moore: "There's something about the charm of Bel Air."

The grand opening for Be More Inspired Wedding Studio will be at 6 p.m. on Jan. 25 at 24 S. Main St. in Bel Air. Engaged couples who attend will have the chance to enter to win a free wedding. The Main Street Tower, Main Street Oyster, Sean Bolan's Irish Pub and Looney's Pub are offering food and drink specials for the occasion.
