Bel Air Man Named CFO for The Arc Baltimore

The local resident will oversee finance, accounting and payroll for The Arc Baltimore.

Bel Air resident Donald Biles has been named chief financial officer for The Arc Baltimore, an organization that supports more than 4,000 area residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities, according to a release.

Biles will oversee finance, payroll, accounting, billing and investment management at The Arc Baltimore.

“Don Biles is the consummate professional, possessing a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in his field,” The Arc Baltimore’s Executive Director Stephen H. Morgan said in the release. “Don’s financial skill is proving to be invaluable in helping The Arc to continue to meet its mission, ensuring that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have maximum opportunities to actively participate in all aspects of community life.”

Biles has dedicated his career to finance and accounting, working with a hospital, school system and credit union. He also served as CFO and controller for an ambulatory healthcare system. 

Biles is a Certified Public Accountant and lives with his family in Bel Air.
