Adam Horn, one of the licensees, resigned his position at Freddie's. In a letter to the liquor board, he wrote, "conflict in ownership has reached a point where I do not wish to be involved anymore."

Another licensee from Freddies, Steve Corillo, wrote on April 19 that, "due to management problems and some other business-related reasons, effective Monday April 22," the business closed.

Board administrator, Kathryn Thess, said that she and her inspectors have been to Freddies and verified that the restaurant is, in fact, closed. The license remains active and expires April 30, however, the business closed effective April 22.

Patch received several emails Tuesday and Wednesday from customers disappointed by the restaurant's closing.
