JC Penney Coming to Boulevard at Box Hill
MacKenzie Retail, LLC announced the anchor store that will join Wegmans in the Boulevard at Box Hill shopping center.
After much anticipation, the leasing agency for Boulevard at Box Hill announced JC Penney will to the developing Abingdon shopping center.
MacKenzie Retail LLC, the leasing agent, announced the newcomer to Boulevard at Box Hill on Thursday. The 85,775-square-foot location is expected open this fall, according to a press release from MacKenzie Retail.
“We look forward to welcoming JC Penney to our growing community. Their commitment to style and quality will complement our existing tenant mix helping Box Hill to elevate to our target audience’s high expectations,” MacKenzie Retail Senior Vice President Thomas L. Fidler Jr. said in a press release.
