Would love to see a Vegetarian/Raw Bar there....someplace to get really healthy meals that are vegan/vegetarian along with a raw juice bar!!!! I would visit there every day!
Matt August 17, 2012 at 09:10 PM
Lol are you kidding? Vegan bar? Maybe in Towson, not here lol. It think the lot should be bulldozed and tanks removed, a country store would be nice there or a small diner.

I heard that 7-11 was moving across the street. Who ever buys/moves in, I would just like to see it all cleaned up especially now that they cleaned up the old C-Mart building.
Danielle August 17, 2012 at 11:37 PM
I heard that to Terri!

Yes, 7eleven! http://www.harfordcountymd.gov/PlanningZoning/DACPlans/Plan980.pdf
Sandy August 18, 2012 at 12:01 PM
Seems silly to put a 7-11 there when there's one across the street.
Colin August 18, 2012 at 02:09 PM
7-11 cant move there cause its contaminated
Tyler August 18, 2012 at 03:55 PM
A dunkin donuts or some kind of coffee shop should go around there.
Carmen August 18, 2012 at 04:44 PM
We need a Sam's Club or better yet - a Costco. Bj's needs competition since their membership keeps going up and their prices are constantly going up. I know this space is too small to accomadate a wholesale warehouse but lets bring one of them to Harford county.

Good find, Amy. Love it when people back claims up with facts. Gives credibility.

SnakeSkin August 19, 2012 at 03:04 PM
McDonald's!!! They are going up everywhere else might as well put one there too!!
Erin C August 19, 2012 at 03:22 PM
I heard the 7-11 story too
Colin August 19, 2012 at 06:33 PM
The land is contaminated I dont think anything can go there
SnakeSkin August 19, 2012 at 09:21 PM
Then it needs to be torn down and make it like a produce stand or something. I love to buy local produce. I'm sure it would do well.
Terry August 20, 2012 at 04:01 AM
The property should be sold to Gavigan's Furniture, the building torn down, and a nice, gradual sloping of landscaped ground should be made out to the sidewalk.
SNAKE DR. August 20, 2012 at 05:15 AM
That property is not a good location for any business with a lot of walkin traffic it is dangerous to get into and out of. The ideal business I see going there would be Something. With minimal walkin traffic. I can't think of one at the moment but I know someone will.

703 is the winner. The correct answer is Bojangles.

Just because the lot is contaminated has nothing to do with future use of the property. There are means and methods to fix the contamination. But how do you know its contaminated and with what? If every contaminated property was rendered useless, we would have a lot of empty lots.
Bob August 21, 2012 at 06:39 PM
hmmmm maybe it will become a sonic... or a checkers or a wawa.... mines well so that traffic will be f***ed even more.
patti August 21, 2012 at 08:58 PM
I believe the tanks were removed years ago. Not positive though.
