Adcomm Digitel, a Sprint Preferred Retailer, is seeking a professional and hard-working Retail Sales and Service Consultant to join our growing team of wireless experts. As a Retail Sales and Service Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for providing the best technology and mobile solutions to people who are looking for a better way to communicate as well as servicing phones for current customers. Responsibilities for the Retail Service and Sales Associate position will include:
Cultivating new business by:
Speaking with customers who walk into our retail location
Making outgoing calls to warm leads representing companies and individuals in the area
Referrals from existing customer base
Helping customers who have problems or need service on their mobile devices
Setting up tabletops and events.

Requirements:
The biggest qualities that we are looking for in our Retail Sales and Service Consultant position is a goal-driven, self-motivated person. If employees are not willing to work hard or go the extra mile to get the job done, they will not be a good fit in this role. In addition, the Retail Sales and Service Consultant must bring a positive, outgoing attitude to the workplace every day in order to be successful. We need people who are customer service oriented and have the ability to easily build a rapport with customers.

Other requirements for the Retail Sales and Service Consultant include:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Full-time availability with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
An overall genuine interest in cell phone technology.
Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
Willing to submit to and pass a background check.
Previous sales or wireless experience is a must!
Bilingual speaking (Spanish/English), a plus!
