Rainbow International of Northeastern Maryland is pleased to welcome Cindy Skilton to the Rainbow International team as its new business development associate. Skilton is responsible for leading business development efforts as Rainbow International expands its service area to reach at total of 750,000 Maryland residents in Baltimore, Cecil and Harford Counties.
As the business development associate, Skilton focuses on supporting and expanding the customer base. Skilton builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and new partnerships through client services, marketing communications, and collateral creation and distribution. Skilton is a 2003 graduate from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in History. During her undergraduate years, she was a four-year member of the Varsity Women’s Golf Team. In 2004, Skilton won the Pennsylvania State Amateur Championship hosted by the Pennsylvania State Women’s Golf Association. Skilton pursued her golfing passion as a career, previously holding the position of LPGA teaching professional and director of the Nike Golf Learning Center in Reston, Va. from 2009 to 2013.
