Local Baton Twirling Coach Starts a Blog

Local Baton Twirling Coach Prepares for Open House Sunday September 25th

Hello! This is my first blog! I will be blogging about lots of fun things going on, focusing on all the adventures my group experiences as we perform, march and compete locally and nationally. My group is the and we are from Harford County. We are currently working on getting started on our classes and practices for the Fall.

The children work very hard, but it is team effort from all the parents and coaches. The amount of work to get ready for events and competitions is unbelievable. But the experiences gained far outweighs the pain. Several of our twirlers have placed very high at nationals and the dancers have performed at many great charity events and entertained the young and old!

Right now I am busy running around, dropping off flyers, and contacting as many people as I can about our Open House this weekend! It is Sunday, September 25th at the Eastern Elite Training Center, 2245 Comowingo Road, Bel Air, MD 21015. We will be offering baton and dance classes at the EETC and at gym in Bel Air. All hopeful team members must start in one of our classes unless they have prior experince. The Open House will take place from noon - 3:00pm. We will have sample classes, door prizes, giveaways, food, games and crafts, and a raffle for a Catered Tailgate Party, sponsored by SpareRib Catering for the November 6th Ravens/Steelers game. For a complete schedule and more information you can visit the TwirlTasTix website, www.twirltastix.shutterfly.com.
