I would love to have a Trader Joe's in Harford County!
Mary Lloyd June 16, 2011 at 12:46 PM
Trader Joe's is a no-brainer! Also, how about Noodles and Co., Red Brick Station, PF Changs, or other restaurants instead of putting the same stuff within 5 miles of each other!

Agreed to the fullest with Mary Llyod's comment! No Panera...maybe another sushi place though?

How about a Texas Road House!

Cheesecake Factory :)

PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory, Trader Joe's, & Bahama Breeze. Putting a 2nd Panera Bread so close to the one in Festival would be ridiculous.

Something chef owned ( similar to parings) that has some creativity. Not your typical restatuant that you can get at any cookie cutter mall and shopping center.

I agree with Kimberly! A Cheesecake Factory or Trader Joe's would be great, as would PF Changs. Any good restaurant chain that is always busy in White Marsh or other areas would be wise. Or like Joe said, another chef owned restaurant like Pairings would be nice. To put another Panera in five minutes from an existing one is ridiculous. I'm still hoping that they will keep Walmart where it is and not build one near Plumtree which I think would be detrimental to our neighborhood in so many ways. Sorry, that comment probably belongs in another thread that I haven't come across yet.

I think people should chill out on the Panera complaints. Starbucks are everywhere... even across the street from each other. Some of us Abingdon residents are tried of driving into congested Bel Air for everything. I say bring it on. I'll co-sign on the Cheesecake Factory though... Towson is a hike!

No more chain restaurants! That's all that's in Harford Co. How about some different one off restaurants? We definately don't need another Panera. Definately need some clothing stores like Loft, The Limited, Express, etc.

It would be great to have Trader Joe's in Bel Air. It would also be nice to see some different clothing stores such as Zara's Woman. I fell in love with that store in Chicago and in Spain. Why can't we get upscale instead of the same old, same old.

Um, anyone heard of Wakefern Food Corporation?? New Jersey is just as 'local' to me as Rochester.

Comments are much more effective when posted in the correct article.

I prefer a Panera's to Wal-Mart of any other fast food or chain eatery. I just hope they have a drive thru...would be nice to pick up coffee or a bagel on the way to work without getting out of the car!
