PETS: Charlie, Quack, Fuzz

The Humane Society of Harford County recommends the pets of the week.

Dog of the Week: Charlie
Age: 3 years
Color: Black & Brown
Breed: Rottweiler Mix
Gender: Male
Adoption Fee: $160
Hi, my name is Charlie. As you can see I’m a Rottweiler, but I’m really just a big ole teddy bear! The volunteers say that I walk well on a leash and I can sit on command and give my paw. Most of the time I’ll walk right alongside you with no pulling.  With the hot weather, if you stop to take rest, I like to sit and lean up against you while you rub my head. Come up to the shelter and take me for a walk and let’s be friends!

Cat of the Week: Quack
Age: 5 years
Color: Brown, Black & White Tabby
Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $95
Quack, quack! No, that isn't a duck… it's Quack, a pretty little tabby that came to the shelter as a stray. Already spayed and out of the awkward kitten stage, Quack is single and ready to mingle! If you're interested, stop by the shelter and you’ll find a lovely lady who’s ready to become the cherished family pet!

Small Critter of the Week: Fuzz

Breed: Rabbit
Gender: Unknown
Adoption Fee: $50
Hi, my name is Fuzz, and I came to the shelter because my owner could no longer care for me. I am looking for lots of tender loving care and the occasional snack!  I love hopping around and staying inside at all times with you. I am available now and hope you will come visit me soon!
